The authorized repairman was great. I had no problem with him. He knew exactly what he was doing. Although, I was highly disturbed that it took a MONTH before I could get anyone out to the House to look at it. A MONTH!!!! My refrigerator may have been salvageable but in the period of time was ruined. Not a good experience with the timing. Had to buy a new one.
