We had a waterpipe freeze and burst on 2/26/21 in the middle of the night. Water flowed freely and completely flooded our basement. We found the mess at 7 am that morning and call ServPro Teays Valley at 8 am when they opened. They immediately sent two crews to our home to begin work shortly after 9 am. They removed all carpeting, moved furniture and all items on the floor, and vaccumed up the water. All was dry and good by 3 pm that day. They were AWESOME, prompt, pleasant, and efficient. J.
