Took my brand new car to this car wash ....paid $12 once it got the soap on it the main arm that sprays it off broke. I got my car out of the wash bay and tried to call owner ...ive tried everyday since and they have not answered. I had to go and spend more money to get the soap off my car....m moo
I used to think this was the best car wash around BUT the last two times I went the car wash only went half way through and left my car soapy. NO ONE is there anymore to help and no number to call to get refunded.
One star because 0 isnt an option. I came to this car wash and paid $12 for my under carriage to get sprayed... It kept telling me to pull forward and the wash never started... So I waisted $12 to have the bottom of my car sprayed for a few seconds. Will try to get in contact with owner but wont be returning.
The automatic car wash did not give me change - I purchased a $12 car wash and paid with a $20 as I was going to use the change to purchase other items near the vacuums but never received my change. I hit the refund button and it kept asking me to select a car wash. Very frustrating!nnAlso, there is no customer service number to call and reach those in charge of the business. Attempted to look it up online and called the numbers listed - they rang continuously and were never answered AND had no option no to leave a message! Will not return!
Paid my $12 and got the worst service ever. Not only was my car still dirty but orange stuff was dropped on it... Tried to contact someone but of course no response
