Took my car for an inside detail. Wanna the worst details I have ever had. Took my car back to finish the job . The guy gave me nothing but excuses for why it wasn't done. The basics in an to detail should be windows , inside door handles , and hand rails , steering column and wheel and the front dash all of which had a film left over then as if they hadn't been cleaned . This is basic to a good car wash much less a inside detail. I wouldn't bring a bycyle here. How you people voted him best of the valley is astonishing.
We have taken company and personal vehicles multiple times. Its hard to find detail shop that is consistent with the quality of work. We are confident in referring Black Diamond for your auto detailing needs.
Not Very friendly and basically doesn’t want to do a car unless it’s already clean! Told me he did not work on cars if you have dogs! He said that he does not remove dog hair that it will mess up his vacuum and refuses to do it ! That’s the most insane thing I’ve ever heard!
