Relocated from NC to Hurricane, WV. We live 1 minute from the office. And Friday at 10am we go to have the water turned on. Well come to find out they don’t do same day work orders and Monday’s a holiday. So that’s four days without water. They are really quick to take your money and turn you off but don’t have the same standard for new service. We have two small children and now we have to stress to figure something out. Thanks a lot for the warm welcome to the state. No wonder everyone leaves this state.
Worst water company in WV.
People at the center are nice but updated technology is so needed. I have never dealt with such outdated technology and their website!! Value your customers and make it easier to pay their bills and sign up for services. Faxing should not be one of your main ways to turn in paperwork!
They seriously need to step their game up. We were getting charged for our old address for over 3 months. They were threatening to shut off our water if we didn't pay the bill at our OLD address. Not to mention today all the water is out in our subdivision.
They charge way to much and have trumped up fees there changing us for living in an subdivision but we don't.
