What a great company! These folks were one of the most impressive contractors I've ever worked with. My roof looks beautiful. The workers were very respectful, cleaned up after themselves, great communication, goes the extra mile and responds very quickly during a minor issue. I'm completely and thoroughly happy with their services. They also gave me a great price for a very difficult job. You won't go wrong with this company. 10 Stars!
Mr. Crites came right away when I had an emergency with a leaking roof. He put up a tarp as an emergency measure until I could call my home owner's insurance agent. He ended up putting on a metal roof for me which is beautiful. He was very helpful, kind, and prompt. He and his employees were respectful of my property while they worked on the roof and they did a great job.
Over priced! Mr Crites quoted me $500 for a simple job of replacing some shingles that had blown off. I told him that I already purchased the new shingles and just needed the work done. This would have amounted to $500 dollars for 45 mins worth of work.
He came out with me for a free estimate on a home I was considering for purchase. He saved me from considering a lemon. I will definitely use their services in the future whenever I need a contractor.
