The repairmen were both polite and knowledgeable. They repaired the washing machine quickly, and put everything back in good order.
Technician was very good and knowledgeable. My only proBlum was that it toke over a week before I could get a repair appointment .
The service is easy to sign up for, but it took a week or longer to get a service guy here. The repair man was very nice and knowledgeable. We now believe we need to get a new gasket installed around the freezer door and would like to request the repair guy to come back.
