Greenbriar staff is amazing. We only had 1 week to find a place that we could afford and was big enough. The remodel/ maintenance crew worked extra hard to get our apartment ready in time. I love the wood and tile floors are great. We have plenty of room and quiet neighbors. They are also pet friendly; which is important for people like me, how have need of a service pet.

I absolutely love my new apartment. Its spacious and clean. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and always available if I need them. A great spacious Floorplan at a very affordable rate. What more could you ask for? Great job Greenbriar!

Ive lived there for 4 years and I absolutely love the place! Maintenance is always very speedy if ever needed. Mady in the office is awesome! Very professional and courteous. I'd recommend these apartments to anybody.

Allow me to ramble for a bit. Been at Greenbriar for 5 years. I love how close they are to everything. From gas to grocery all the places I go are near. Neighbors are really nice. Things get maintained well. Had a flood from upstairs water heater and they responded really fast. Standing water in half the apartment and they got it out quick. Stays pretty quiet. Myself and most here enjoy that a lot. I don't like that my closet doors open inward taking up valuable space. One time main water line outside the apt had to get worked on and they gave me access to empty apartment for showers and filling jugs with water. That was very helpful and much appreciated. I think Greenbriar has a real potential for anyone looking for an apartment. As long as you're awesome as a neighbor. ;-)
