Incompetent & unethicalnnAfter giving only 2 days notice of a hard cut off date for offers with proof of cash funds available and making buyers scramble to get letters from banks Tommy then accepted offers for a full week after the cut off for a bank owned property.nnAs it turns out the last offer came in on a Saturday (when the bank was closed) and a decision was made Monday morning to accept the last offer with other buyers not having a chance to counter. amazingly enough the last offer was more than 10% higher than the asking price for the property.nnSomeone could certainly have some suspicions that perhaps offers were being compiled until a price that would bring a higher commission came in and someone could also wonder what insight the last bidder was given regarding prior bids that would cause them to bid so high on a property that prior bidders were told had broken pipes and an old well.nnIf you have to buy a property that Tommy is listing be careful because the story may change half way through.
