Being first time home buyers,we were not aware of so many things when we first started. However, things changed when we met Brazz and Tara. We cannot thank them enough. They have been very dedicated,caring and went out of their way to see that we got the information we needed at all times and above all, genuinely had our interest first. They educated us on this complicated process and helped us immensely on finding our dream home. READ!!! Let me start by saying that I'm a second time home buyer and my wife a first time home buyer looking for our home sweet home. I cannot say enough good things about Brazz and Tara!! The absolute best realtors. The only realtors we will use and recommend to anyone. No matter what questions we had day or night rain or shine they were there and are there for us even after purchasing our home thanks to them. Because we went with them we have our dream home. With their knowledge and expertise we wouldn't have been able to get such a great rate and save money!! I've worked with other companies in the past that guarantee things and make promises and it was a disaster. Brazz and Tara didn't need to make guarantees or promises because that's what they do! That's there whole motto. They didn't stop until we were happy, felt completely confident, had all questions answered, and everything was checked out A - Z top to bottom Left to Right. They genuinely care about their customers and are an amazing local family. I couldn't and wouldn't recommend anyone else because there isn't anyone else like them. I still wake up and can't believe we have such a beautiful and amazing home thanks to their hard work and expertise!! God really brought us together to bless us with amazing realtors an incredible home and friends for life!!
