Sean Ferguson Williams helped us find and buy our first home. Something my husband and I NEVER thought possible! He was very patient in the process of showing homes. He was available anytime we called from Sunday’s to go and look at homes to in the evening hours to ask just a simple question. He walked us through the entire process and made things just absolutely ( as much as buying your first home can be) stress free. We will forever be grateful and recommend him anytime we can! Brennan did a great job of helping us buy and sell a home in very short period of time. We do not live in Amarillo so all the transactions took place by phone and email. He was always quick with answers to any questions we had. He even made arrangements to help us get some minor repairs taken care of before the sell of our home. We highly recommend Brennan to anyone searching for realtor!

This group is AMAZING! They make buying/selling your home effortless with a smooth transition. They go above and beyond to show your home if you're selling, or to send you all new listings that fit your criteria and schedule showings that fit your schedule! They are all super friendly and treat you like family. I highly recommend the Nexthome Coldiron Group. We are using Drew Ferguson Williams and he's been absolutely amazing to work with. Even with our crazy schedule and having to show homes with 4 children in tow hes always had a smile on his face. Hes super quick to respond to texts, calls and emails.
