My first experience with Clift Land Brokers was exceptional. My broker, Jerry S. was fantastic. He not only helped sell my parents farmland he also help with selling their house. Even when the first buyer fell through, Jerry buckled down and within a few weeks we had a second buyer. With his help, we even sold the house for a little more than originally planned. Jerry was always kind and professional at all time. He was constantly checking on the property and giving me updates. When I'd call with questions, he always took the time to answer them no matter how many times I called. I would use Clift Land Brokers and Jerry again in a heartbeat.

For my first experience selling ranch land I chose Cliff Land Brokers and am 100% pleased with the results. My agent, Jerry, patiently coached me through each step. He is honest, personable, knowledgeable, and persistent. When a few legal issues needed to be cleared up Jerry capably make the necessary connections in a expedient way. His communication between buyer and seller was timely and professional. My living out of state required a lot of long distance communication which I received right on time with links to sign papers etc. Thanks, Jerry and Cliff Land!!

Arranged an appointment (verified time and date by email), drove 28 miles into town only to be told to wait 30 or 45 minutes, or maybe more. Apparently George Clift had the appointment time one hour later, had errands to do and would be at his office when he got there.
