Poor communication, never answers the phone, don’t do what they say they will, and will screw your over financially if they know you can’t afford to do anything about it. Also, if you’re a renter, they will blame you for any discrepancies regardless because they think they know everything.

Extremely poor professionalism with one of the workers, Liz. Was not understanding of our lack of knowledge, as we would be first time tenants/apartment owners. Which overall, led us to not going through with our purchase on the property desired.
