Bought a shopping cart from this particular store and called the manager by phone to return it because the front wheels didn't turn, the manager said he'd gladly return my money if I had a receipt which I did.Over the phone he reassured me that my money would be returned. Instead when I got to the store, the manager looked at me and stated that he couldn't return my money even though I had a receipt. Instead he gave me a gift card for the return of the shopping cart. Was it because of my race,it could've been. No longer doing business with Ace Hardware and I'll make damn sure that everyone knows that this place is prejudice against Native Americans.
