I’ve been living here since Feb 2021 and it’s honestly been very peaceful. Aside from it being a beautiful community the management and administration has been nothing but great. They were extremely helpful during the winter storm, gathering groceries for the residents at no cost and maintenance was quick at responding any needs. I recommend to anyone looking for a new and welcoming home!

My mother saying “I have a good feeling about this place” was indeed a correct statement. Having searched Midland for a suitable, secure, well cared for residence has been a tedious task. But well worth the effort. And now we can relax and live without worry thanks to the staff of Las Colinas, especially Marivel whom has gone well beyond expectations of her job title with her kindness, care, and regard for my mother. She takes her job seriously and embodies the golden rule of “Treat others as you wanted to be treated”incredible asset to have here. Very happy thus far with our choice to lease here.

Amazing place to live!! The property manager, Marivel Reyes, is awesome. She really gets the residents involved within the community to help make it a better home. Great communication and very involved to help resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
