We used this agency when we bought our home 18 years ago so, when we decided to sell we automatically decided to use them again.nUnfortunately, there were many issues including being asked my political affiliation and that was the last straw for us. It wasn't that I was asked but, her follow-up. When exactly did selling a home become something political. ud83dude11nWe also had major issues with responsiveness. Sometimes days would go by. We also had to ask for an open house after weeks of being on the market.nI wish this company well but, they need to think about professionalism with their clients.nAfter going with a new realtor, it was sold within weeks.

Would highly recommend! The Underwood Group is so kind and helpful. Bill especially has been quick to respond, helpful, and a very pleasant person to work with! He went out of his way to show us a house we were interested in renting on a Saturday and was incredibly kind during the application process. When we are ready to buy - this is who we will go with!

I actually thought I was dealing with some good people. I was wrong. Don't be fooled by their smiles and kindness. I didn't expect this but it happened just the same.nI was going to rent a place through them. Through everything that goes on in life I misunderstood the exact number for deposit and rent. I showed up with $1600. I thought I got $2600. They wanted $4200. And with talking to so many people I got confused. During this time I have money in my account being transferred into a CD. Which leaves me in a predicament. I get called out of town and can't finish everything. I get back into town and contact Midlands 1st Choice to secure the deal or refund my money. I was told that I don't get my money back or the place. I think that is wrong. If it is legal it shouldn't be...nI am waiting on my attorney to call me back so I can ask about the legalities of the situation.nIf I am wrong I don't understand why I feel like I have been cheated.nI tell the public to let Midlands 1st Choice be your last choice.

Bill Understood set a showing and then never bothered to call cancel the showing. As a person trying to sell I think this is so not perfessional or curtious.
