Moved in to help my niece, but apartments are older. We couldn't see the actual apartment until we moved in, but figured for a great special we would take it. But so far, the noise and creaking floors from upstairs makes this apartment the worst so far that I've lived in. They really like stomping upstairs, I haven't been able to work since I'm always tired from no sleep, and I work from home. The noise is loud enough to wake my nieces babies and the management forces us to wait 6 months before we are able to move to another unite.

I would recommend the Park at Caldera to anyone looking for a great place to live. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance is great, quick to respond to any need.

The Park Apartments has a wonderful community atmosphere with staff that make you feel like family. There is a great dog park and plenty of green spaces to make you feel like you are not in the city. The pools & laundry facilities are great! It’s a great place to live and I should know I’ve been here 4 years ud83dude01

my move in process was quick and smooth! so far I'm loving Park at Caldera. one thing that really stand out from this community is the laundry facilities! they have them super clean, and the machines are amazing.

Park at Caldera is a beautiful property with wonderful staff. The dog park is amazing!!
