I was very excited about this complex, love the location of it, close to so many things. I experienced great customer service from Samba who showed me the unit and answer all my questions patiently. Really a big shout out to him for all his help. However, I couldn't commit for the unit with a major drawback there’s no washer and dryer inside the unit. Otherwise it would have been a perfect fit!

Very good apartment. And the enthusiastic staff, I should give SAMBA a five-star compliment, because my English is not good, he used an interpreter to communicate with me patiently, his warm and friendly service moved me, I like this community very much, the staff are all The hotel is warm, the service is attentive and the parking lot is perfect because there is always space and the neighbors are usually friendly because they are young and the apartment is modern and equipped with all kinds of appliances. The rent of the community is very cheap, and the location is close to the best residential area in Midlands, only a few minutes away from Wal-Mart, Starbucks, McDonald's, Wing On Building, etc. If you want to rent a house, I strongly recommend you to rent a house in this community, you will find that your choice is right.

I would recommend this apartment complex! Samba, the leasing agent was very helpful through the whole experience.

Awesome customer service from Samba. My friend needed a place immediately and Samba was on top of things to make it happen. I would highly recommend.
