The complex stays clean and if i have a problem it gets fixed right away!!! Everybody is so nice!!! This is the first apartment that ive lived at that has a dog park and he loves it!!!

It was a nightmare to live here. I can’t believe how poorly maintained the property is (pictures of the broken laundry room and cigarette butts everywhere below) and how big of a headache it was for management to get our bills right EVERY MONTH. Avoid ReNew properties! They are doing renovations and slipping in extra utility charges for residences to pay. The management (Stacey, who left a review like she lived here) constantly lost/messed up our rent paperwork and gave us multiple surprise bills when we were paid in-full every month. The regional manager, Brooke, was never helpful to resolve issues and acted like we should be accommodating her.nI can’t believe how blind I was to the living conditions of this place. I hope they call this place a loss and use the property to make an H-E-B Plus.

Great management very friendly staff and there is is pool. What more could you ask for? And a plus they have amazing snacks and drinks. Highly recommended

The office staff is great, Maintenance is always attentive to all issues and the clubhouse is small but full of snacks.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE , I THOUGHT THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS BETTER THAN THE ONE BEFORE BUT ITS ACTUALLY WORST. I PAID THE RENT AND FOR SOME STUPID GLITCH IT DIDN'T GO THROUGH THEN THE NEXT DAY IT WAS SATURDAY ON MONDAY I GET A NOTICE TO EVICT THE APARTMENT NO CALL NO EMAIL JUST EVICT THE APARTMENT , NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT FOR ONE YEAR, OH IF YOUR SINK IS CLOGGED YOU WILL BE CHARGED 105 $ SIMPLY WORST.
