I just moved in and my experience has been flawless so far! Apartment looked amazing upon arrival, move in process was quick, and the front office has been extremely helpful. If all goes as planned I will be here for a while!

Would highly recommend renting elsewhere.. worse apartment experience. Drains constantly back up.. dishwasher runs off of the disposal water so when in use it reeks. Had family help clean the apartment spotless before move out and still charged $300 cleaning and $100 paint fees for tiny scuffs on corner walls and baseboards. Not worth the hassle.

We recently finished our lease here. We moved out 15 days before the lease ended and everything was squared away with the property manager and we were returned our full security deposit. We had a professional cleaning team come in to clean the place after we left.nnToday new management invented a $200 cleaning fee because we didn’t submit a receipt on the day we checked the keys in. Nor did they mention that we had to do that. They also invented a $300 painting fee for what was very easily considered normal wear after two years there.nnThe new sub 80 iq manager can’t seem to understand why we don’t want to pay for cleaning a second time and this so now going to end up in small claims.nnThat aside, living there had its down sides also. Our air conditioner didn’t function for probably a total of a full month throughout the two years. Over 20 work orders to fix it and they failed almost every time. Not good in midland summers. They also abjectly refused to replace it. In other apartments I’ve been in, they have even paid for a hotel if the AC went out. Not midway station. I’d be very weary of signing a lease here as it’s undoubtedly only gotten worse as they refuse proper maintenance on their units.

Apartments are spacious and clean. I was there to see a client so not sure how they are all set up, but hers was open concept and very cozy. It was a 2 bdrm, 2 bath.
