Staff is great, very attentive to every need I’ve had in the past. I haven’t had a maintenance issue since I moved in almost 2 years now! Michelle is great and the maintenance guy is very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Maintenance was very attentive and enthusiastic. Michelle gave me a good customer service. I feel at home, and i recommended Hawthorne House to anyone who wants to feel peace and comfort. My questions were kindly answered. Great ! apartments. Everything was clean, and the apartment has a good smell. You can find everything you need in the area.

The location was near restaurants, and home businesses, quiet as it is near a residential neighborhood. The staff was tremendously helpful and understanding. Juan was kind and understanding, and very professional. The office manager was most co-operative and professional. I would definitely recommend friends, relatives to live here as the location was indeed right off the major traffic way. Rates were excellent as well.
