We have never worked with a realtor who was as customer service oriented as Jennifer. It was truly a great experience working with her. She was always checking in on us and asking if we needed her help with anything. She was consistently very thoughtful during our house hunting trips. For instance, she would bring lunch, toys and refreshments for the kiddos which was so nice of her. She would offer to go and take videos and pictures of properties when we weren't in town and would go that very same day. She was very responsive and quick to get us the info we needed. She was also very good dealing with the home builders to negotiate the best deal. She negotiated with 3 different home builders on our behalf and was very patient with us as we kept changing our minds. Jennifer was always insightful, professional and responsive. We feel she put in lots of effort and energy and really cared about giving us a positive easy experience. We will definitely recommend her.
