I cannot say enough great things about the team at Century Communities- Crystal Springs. They truly care about you as person. I’m a newly singled mom trying to find a home for my kids and I. Nikki, Mandy, and Kay went above and beyond to try to find a home that fit my needs. But the key was, when I ended up having a job change and struggling with finances they truly cared about what was best for ME. I will always remember that, and remember how they valued menand my life situations over business transactions. I will recommend them and their team to everyone I meet, because in a time when I have felt so unsure about everything they were so caring. Integrity like that isn’t something you encounter with every business deal! Thank you for everything!

Recently purchase a home in this community and we absolutely love it. The quality and craftsmanship of the house surpasses anything we could have ever dreamed of, and we are over the moon excited for the neighborhood park and lake! It’s also been a breeze working with everyone. Kenya our sales associate was amazing! Super sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. Then of course Jeremiah our construction manager made sure our house was perfect and he has been incredibly helpful with my numerous questions. ud83dude02 Overall, 100% recommend this community if you want a beautiful home, active neighborhood, and want an easy and quick home purchase with people who love what they do.

Randy, the salesperson could not have been a better or more knowledgeable person to deal with. He answered all of our questions throughout the process and really put us at ease from the beginning. We LOVE our new home and really feel like we got exactly what we wanted - both in style and square footage. The quality in the materials and workmanship are stellar. The standard gourmet kitchen is much more contemporary than what we saw other builders offer, throw in the quartz counter tops and subway style back splash all for 230k...my whole family has been jealous since we moved in!

Most of the reviews on this location are actually the people who work there! Super ethical.nnThey will lure you in with really nice promotions, but even if you put forth an offer they suggested, using a closing date they suggested, and using their lender all those promotions will disapeare over night. Dont bother with Randy Reyes or the rest of his staff.
