Can I give a lower rating?? This place was horrible from the get go. They didn’t even have it ready to move in on the date we were suppose to as stated on the lease. They have roaches EVERYWHERE and guess what.. they won’t do anything about it! We had to do it ourselves. Our AC went out during the SUMMER so for 5 months the inside of our apartment was 90 degrees, it was making us sick and we had to live elsewhere and the only reason it got fixed was because we told them we’re hiring someone and they’ll get the bill. They didn’t like that. Bathroom sink didn’t work right and the kitchen sink constantly DRIPPED and instead of fixing it the maintenance guys marked it done, so lazy! They opened MY mail and deposited my check to rent which is illegal first off!!! And I had to have someone track my check down and I even called and asked if they had it and they said no at first. They will NEVER answer phones or emails so be ready for 20 minutes + of calling. They NEVER handle complaints like EVER. It was a constant party and kids screaming all night past 10pm and don’t leave your window blinds open because people like to look in especially kids! It’s a constant trash avalanche at the dumpster. Here’s the best part, we care about your safely so have a RECALLED fire extinguisher!nnRude place. Horrible care.nCrooked business!!nFilthy grounds! Broken apartments!nUnreliable and unresponsive staff!!

Management changes will not do work orders had one in over a year still not worked when calling office staff told they are short handed. They seem unaware that by not fixing smoke detectors they are violating codes. Can’t hardly ever get in touch with staff appointment only is a joke keep raising rent horrible don’t live here

A few cons mainly maintenance but I know it’s a new management and the staff is much nicer than the last!

Horribly unprofessional management, grounds are always dirty, terrible maintenance repair response. I expected the “new” owners and new office staff would make a change for the better...it’s almost worse than the last company. I would never recommend this place to anyone based solely from my own experience here.

My leasing agent was very nice I found the place thru an apartment locator. I’m getting a completely renovated apartment and less than a mile to my daughters school.
