Thrive Realty’s Shanan Shepherd was the ultimate professional, full of integrity and honesty, and easy to work with. She was so helpful even before we hired her as our agent —- when she didn’t have to be! I can’t fully express my appreciation for the noticeable experience she showed while negotiating with the buyers and their agents. We had an issue with a primary offer and a backup offer where the primary could not get financing. She helped us through the transition to the backup offer and gave us excellent advice. We also found her very respectful of our desires and opinions, and was very willing to go with what we wanted while also stressing what she felt was best. Taking her advice was our best decision, along with choosing Thrive Reality. You won’t be disappointed either!

Julie Perry was terrific to work with! She helped us navigate a complex and fairly challenging transaction with grace. Without her I’m not so sure we would have gotten in our new home.

We had a bad experience with a previous realtor and a co worker told me about Shanan. Once I reached out to Shanan; she got to work right away! She was very responsive on answering questions and sending emails of properties. She asked the necessary questions that helped her find us exactly what we needed. That is something the previous realtor was lacking. We just closed on a rental property and definitely will be back for Shanan’s assistance next year to purchase our first home. Thank you so much to Shanan and her team. Excellent experience.

You can’t go wrong by having a realtor like Shanan working for you. Whether you are a buyer or a seller she will meet your expectations and beyond. Shanan always makes herself available to answer questions and handle concerns immediately. She is so easy to work with and she is one of the genuinely nicest, hard working, resourceful realtors you will ever meet!

I cannot begin to describe how amazing a realtor Shanan is. Not only did she help us get our house sold for way above asking but she helped us get in to a great new place as well. She has always had great advice on all aspects of the buying and selling process. She is a consummate professional and I cannot possibly recommend anyone higher.
