What I’ve learned about making important decisions in life ... you need to right people in your corner. Buying your first house comes with a lot of emotions, excitement, stress, and some anxiety but with the right realtor, the process can actually be enjoyable. Tina Reagan is knowledgeable about the market and listens to what you want. She is sensitive to staying within your budget, which is really important. You don’t want to see and fall in love with a house that you can’t afford. Tina was invested in the process as much as we were and was dedicated to helping us find our perfect home. She made herself available for questions through phone calls, emails or texts. Tina Reagan is the best of the best. Her love for what she does shows in how involved she is from day one until you sign on the dotted line. My family and I love our first home and it wouldn’t be possible without a realtor like Tina!!

From day one, Tina worked extremely hard to help us find the perfect home. Not only did she attended every construction meeting and walkthrough, but was quickly available via phone, text and email. We are beyond happy with her support and service, including her in-depth knowledge of the reality market. She is caring, passionate and had a sweet demeanor. Tina made me feel very comfortable and very clear about everything going on with the house. She was there e very single step of the way. I was never ever left in the dark about any information. She never had to get back with me on any question she answerd every question on the spot. She always knew exactly what she was doing. When she said she was sending something she did.
