The Standard at Leander Station has been a great home since last summer. The process and move in were fast and friendly. Desirae and her team, especially Austin, were courteous, professional and awesome to deal with. The maintenance staff keeps the property in excellent condition and are always quick to handle maintenance issues, which by my experience, has only been one. The gym is nice and functional and parking is never an issue. The apartment itself is beautiful, quiet and cozy and I appreciate how close it is to the highway and amenities. I would highly recommend living here as they cater your lease to your specific needs and they're always happy to help!

Great value.. beautiful kitchens....great location..... WALKING DISTANCE TO THE METRO!!Office Staff is A+++ professional! Love Sharon, Austin and Desirae!

Have lived here for over a year and it is amazing. Very pet friendly. Desirae and Sharon are both absolutely amazing. The maintenance staff is awesome and has always fixed any issues in less than 24 hours. If you are looking for an apartment, I would highly recommend this property.

If you scheduled a tour online and come only to find the leasing door locked with no one inside, just go around to the open pool gate. You’ll find the back door to the leasing office unlocked so you can continue to wait 30 minutes comfortably in their chairs.nScheduled a 1:00 tour on a Sunday with hours open 1-5nCan’t imagine what tenants have to go through to reach you. Phone was ringing all throughout our wait
