Worst car wash experience ever! Vehicle owners beware of this wash!!nnI have a black car that is now covered with scratches too to bottom because of the foaming brush. I have been using self-serve car washes for nearly 30 years and I have never witnessed such damage. My car now needs to have the thousands of scratches buffed out, which will probably cost $300-$500.nnNot looking for a new paint job, but hoping for some sort of recourse, I called the business and was completely shocked by what I was told.nnFirst, a gentleman answered the phone l not even announcing himself or the name of the business. I had to ask if I had the correct establishment. Not exactly a shining moment of customer service. Honestly, it kind of clued me in on the results of the conversation I was about to have.nnI appreciate the apology but it lost much of its appeal when I was told, “It’s common sense that you should wash out the brush with the high pressure hose first.” And “I would love to do something for you, but if I did that for every person who had this issue I would be out of business.” It was painfully obvious there is a great level of awareness about this problem and it seems to happen regularly.nnAfter explaining to me that he spends $50 on each brush, how he buys the best and had just replaced them, I was also told how he consistently witnesses people abusing the brushes. This was followed up with more comments about how it was my responsibility to wash out the brush first. Again, I have never had to do this in the nearly 30 years I have been using self-serve car washes. When I asked him if he ever thought about posting a sign since he repeatedly noted how this was an ongoing issue he simply said, “It’s not my problem.”nnAs I said previously, I was not looking for someone to paint my car or even pay to have the paint buffed out. I understand the risk I assume when using this type of car wash. What I didn’t expect is how this business has taken a stance that shows zero obligation to quality control or customer care. Sure it sucks to see my car so badly damaged, however, my complaint is directed towards the very poor customer service and lack of initiative to resolve an issue that sounds like it has been going on for years. All I can do is tell anyone who is thinking of washing their car here to beware and go use one of the many places down the street. I honestly don’t believe any amount of rinsing of the brush would have made a difference. If I can find a way to post pictures I will.

Great dog wash. Don't judge a book by its cover for this dog wash it was great and I'm glad we drove across town to give it a try.nnIt may not be flashy, glitzy, and glammy from the outside as some places focus on, but they 100% hit it on all of the details where it matters on the inside.nnThey didn't even overlook the tiny details some places don't even think of such as the ability to lock the doors from the inside so your dog can't run out if someone tries to open the door while you're using it. Apron for the owner to prevent getting wet. Credit card convenience for payment too. Highly recommend.nnNone of the soaps/shampoos or mix ins have ever been empty or out when I have gone. A very common problem at a lot of self serve dog washes.

The soap did work well& the dryer was cold..prices posted were different then website ones

Was looking for a way to bathe our furry Samoyed not at home in the shower and found this place, tried it out after he had gotten muddy at the dog park and the gentleman working the car wash instructed us how everything worked and was very nice, the dog wash itself is a great inexpensive way to wash your dog without having to clean your house and having it smell like wet dog after lol
