Andrea is wonderful to work with. She helped my wife and I purchase our first home during an incredibly competitive Austin market. Buying a home for the first time was daunting, but Andrea was incredibly helpful during all phases of our search. She happily answers any questions you may have, gives advice if she can, and has a great network of professionals that could help us out with just about anything. She maintains a cool hand throughout your home search, offering humorous anecdotes that make you feel a little bit better about how crazy the whole experience can be. Most importantly for us, she takes the time to listen to your concerns and you feel she genuinely cares that you find the right home. All in all, she's awesome and we'll use her again if we ever decide to move!

If you are looking for a top notch real estate agent in the Austin area, I highly recommend Andrea Harlan. I sold my house in Austin several years after moving to California. Because I was in California, Andrea handled the entire process from getting the house prepped/staged, having photos done and handling the open house - all the while working with my tenant. Andrea knows the Austin market very well and helped determine a reasonable list price and recommended only the necessary improvements prior to putting my home on the market. The outcome? My house sold in 36 hours very close to the asking price. Awesome!

I can confidently recommend Andrea Harlan as a real estate agent: she recently sold my house in 7 days.
