Kyle is absolutely amazing! Ironically he was the seller on the home my parents purchased. They liked him so much at the open house, that they recommended him to us! He helped our family purchase our second home, we came from out of state and he did an amazing job. I think it was only 2 weeks of looking and he found us our dream home, in the perfect neighborhood for our family. :)nKyle is incredibly kind, sweet, and patient with our kiddos when they tagged along.nHe did a very good job negotiating everything we did/didn’t want, and recommended people we could speak with to help with some of the work we needed to get done on the house. Kyle is an extremely stand up gentlemen, I highly recommend him. :)
