I strongly recommend moving onto the next listing agent, that you find on Costar or Crexi. These guys are arrogant and condescending. They do not seem interested in selling or leasing. Amid the COVID 19 economic disaster and the unfortunate abundance of empty buildings everywhere, one would think they would be thankful for every inquiring buyer. Sadly that is not the case.

This is an outstanding group. They were exceptional landlords and provided excellent service for my wife's practice. They went out of their way to help us during a turbulent time with a co-tenant. I highly recommend St. Croix Capital Advisors and their real estate group. You will not find a better group in Austin to do business with.

You only have 54 properties listed. When I called 2 people didn't know the property. Then 15 minutes later when they found it they would not give me a price on what it cost. Stupidest thing I ever heard is to list real estate for sale with no price.
