I loved working with Nanette! She opened my eyes to options that I hadn't really considered, which lead to the cute vintage home I just purchased in the cutest little neighborhood. She's warm and friendly, and a complete professional... She has a a relaxing, laid-back energy, but she's quick to respond to texts and emails and never left us hanging... Nanette Labastida is a treat to work with! She looks out for you -- before, during and after the home-buying process. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Amazing experience for a first time homebuyer as Nanette is very knowledgeable on dissecting neighborhoods in the Austin area. Super accommodating for viewing SOOO many properties in a week (thank you Nanette for putting up with us!) and the extra plus is she knows where all the best coffee shops are in the area.nnWhat differentiates Nanette from other realtors is she isn't pushy or salesy - she's real and transparent. She will tell you her honest opinion!nnLastly, we appreciate her going above and beyond after closing!

House buying; it's a confusing process but Nanette was helpful every step of the way. Never pushy and always quick to answer all my questions. Also, always available and flexible with home touring appointments. Five Stars!

Nanette is an absolute gem! She was highly recommended by someone I trust, and our first home buying process would not have been the same without her. Nanette was so responsive, realistic, and sharp when it came to any questions we had about home buying (which were many) in such a lucrative housing market. We were worried about working with someone who didn’t have our true interests in mind, but Nanette proved time and time again that she was there to advocate for us. If I could give her 10 stars here, I would!
