Juan made our home-buying experience feel smooth and easy. Not only this is our first home purchase, but we also carried 90% of the buying process 100% remotely.nnHe was always available (even though we where in different time zones). He was thrilled to help us assisting meetings and appointments in our behalf, and he went out of his way to send us weekly updates (videos) of the progress on our home.
