The tools that Compass put in place as soon as the pandemic hit were valuable assets that allowed our buyers and sellers to continue to do business even with the shut down and COVID protocols. We were able to help them buy or sell their homes without much of a hesitation, and as needed Compass rolled out more tools benefitting our clients. Compass is one of the most innovative companies which truly puts the needs of the agents first. As they say, the agents don't work for us, we work for the agents.

Had the unfortunate luck of this realtor Adam Zell selling the condo unit below mine. Some repair work needed to be done before the sale and we made the mistake of using his buddy that was also doing the repairs downstairs. What a horrible mistake. The most unprofessional builder ever and then leaves us high and dry not completing the job.

Another incredibly unprofessional broker. J Rene Walker is one of the worst sales managers they could pick for this brokerage. Unresponsive and lack of communication. I would not recommend Compass to anyone, agents or clients.

Steer clear if you are a Buyer. Awful experience. Tried using the managing Broker to resolve issues and it was worse.
