Incredible value. We just sold a condo downtown and working with John saved something like $ 14k on the transaction. This is a great fit for real estate sales in a market that doesn't need a lot of pushing. John placed us on the MLS and within 10 days we had a couple of full price offers. John does not show the place nor does he manage the lock-box directly but we didn't miss those services, we just managed ourselves. The real value for John is when you are under contract. He is an expert negotiator and in his words, manages thousands of real estate deals a year as opposed to the typical agent who at most may manage dozens. He was available when we needed him and was on point and knew his stuff. I personally would not go with anyone else. Just a fabulous service and Austin is lucky to have him.
