I've been with them for 4 years almost 5 and they are really great people. There has only been one change in person, who advanced on to greater things but their replacement is awesome! They are always friendly and very helpful in any situation, whether the tenant has created it or not! If it wasn't for my trying to buy my own house one day, I would like to stay where I am for quite some more time. Even my neighborhood is great!

Selena Garcia sets the GOLD STANDARD for efforts to keep business thriving in all times! I have been more than pleasantly surprised at her consistent communication and continous clarity on sometimes confusing concerns. I have never had such a positive experience with a property manager. I recommend taking the time to have a conversation with them to give you confidence in their ability to deliver.

First an foremost I want to say I'm not one to write a review. I want to say thank you to Selena for everything that you do. By far the best experience I have had with a Real Estate company. They understand you especially during this difficult time. I don't see me moving anytime soon they really care about their tenants. There maintenance guy Larry is amazing one of the best ones around.

The office staff is so friendly and they make paying rent each month really easy! They always available and handle maintenance issues right away. My house was perfect when I moved in and I am very happy!
