My husband and I recently moved into this apartment complex and have been very happy in choosing this place. It is a very quiet area during the day and night, our neighbors are very friendly. The office staff has been helpful with anything that we've needed and super responsive, not just from the beginning, but even after moving in! The maintenance team was also very informative and courteous while preforming their yearly fire alarm test. While everyone has been great, I especially want to thank Bianca Perez for being sooo very patient with my many, many questions! Thank you so much for making the whole process quick and easy while finding our new home!

I have been living here for a year and 4 months and I have some good and bad things to say about this property. First the good is that these are nice apartments. I like how they look inside they are very spacious and the structure is nice. The pool is small, but nice. The workout room is spacious and the hours are nice. Maintenance is great they are quick and get the job done as soon as possible. For the most part the outside area of the apartments are quiet. The staff are nice and try to assist when you need help The bad things are one the walls are extremely thin, I heard a baby crying all night next to my bedroom one night, two the neighbors above me are extremely loud. I can tell when they are home and when they leave. I have complained many times ,but I was told they would talk to them or I could transfer and pay a transfer fee and a new security deposit plus I would have to pay for movers. Corporate or the leasing manager will not respond to you or call if you have an issue. The other thing is parking you have to pay for covered parking or you and your guest will not be able to find parking at night. The last thing is all of the fees. The fees are more than I have ever had to pay. I don't use fetch service, but I have to pay anyway. This should be a choice. Other than this I don't have any other concerns.

It was a PURE delight to have Bianca Perez assist me this morning.nShe was quick to reply and respond to my assistance. Wish I could have that kind of assistance everywhere. Especially, with all that is going on in today's world. It was very refreshing dealing with someone who was kind and attentive to the situation. I pray God continues to Bless her as she has blessed me!

Took them a week to get back to me to schedule a tour. Went over there 4 times, and it was locked each time. Went with Towne Crossing instead, as they actually wanted my business.
