Pam has sold three of our homes and help us purchase 3 homes (2 were new builds which she helped us negotiate lots off freebies and advised what would be good to add for resale in the future). The first home she sold for us had been on the market for a full 12 Months with another realtor. Pam gave us good advice that we followed and sold it within the first 30 days of her having the listing. The second she sold in the first day it was on the market and our most recent she broke her own record and sold it in the first 30 minutes it was in MLS. Full price offers. She is an excellent at giving her opinion when you ask for it, very honest, professional and will go to battle for you to get the best deal. She has with us.

Selling our home with Pamela was so easy, fast and painless. We had our house on the market for 4 months with a previous realtor with no showings and no one showing any interest. When Pamela took over she gave us great pointers for staging our home and had numerous showings with in the first month of having our home listed. She was able to sell our home with in 2 months and got us our asking price! We were so pleased with her and how easy and painless she made everything!

Pamela is quick to respond and get the for lease sign in your yard, assists in mitigating your costs by a quick turnover. This time we secured great tenants. Pamela goes the distance by responding to inquiries, communicating and seeing that lease is inclusive of all necessary items.
