All the other agents we talked to told us our expectations on price were unreasonable. We had researched our neighborhood quite well and felt sure our estimations were correct. When we told Marla what we thought was a fair price for our home, not only did she agree with our evaluation, she went right to work marketing our house as such. The home had consistent showings, and within a week had a contract placed on it. The sale was over and done within a month and a half's time. If your looking for someone to get the job done at a fair price my wife and I recommend you contact Marla.

It was a God thing, He sent Phillip to us or sent us to Phillip. Phillip was more than a realtor, he had so much knowledge, was very honest, and always pointed us in the right direction. Phillip Boyer helps you realize your dreams. We bought our 1st house with the help of his knowledge and experience. In a time where most people are concern about the money and a quick sale Phillip is the exception to the norm. No matter your budget the Boyers treat you like their top priority. Always available in person, by phone and email. The whole family are great at lining up showings, closing deals and making the process a walk in the park. I trust the Boyers with my family and any future properties that I will buy or sell.
