We are currently approaching our 4th year working with Davey Goosmann Realty in renting. They have been great from day one! Communication is top notch and has far exceeded any expectations we had before renting. Both Dee and Bob are two of the nicest most amazing people to work with. We have been renting a home through Dee Goosman Realty for almost a year now and have had such wonderful service and experiences with them. The property has not given us any issues and when there is a service needed it is completed within the next day which is so much appreciated. Truly a wonderful company to work with.

Being out of state owners I find a good local property manager is key. Dee does not disappoint. I feel well protected leaving my property in their capable hands.

Outstanding and ProfessionalnnWe've tried other Realtors but they never met our expectations. So we upgraded and used Dee Davey to sell our first family home. Dee and Bob sold it in two days! Very easy to work with. They listen to what you need and try to match properties with what you are looking for. They also sold a home for us and we had our buyer in less than 30 minutes from being publicly posted. They have great advise in prepping our home. We followed their advice and it sold right away.
