We (my family) was celebrating my moms birthday...and my Auntie lives here. She has for YEARS...WE OFTEN CELEBRATE HOLIDAYS & SPECIAL OCCASIONS at her crib. The neighbors are REALLY friendly...there's a good vibe here...quiet...no RIFF RAFT...There are plenty of resourceful gas stations, stores, restaurants, financial faciliities & hell even laundry mats...all in walking distance..AS USUAL A GOOD TIME.

Dump. Cockroachs are overrunning the place. Management is hateful and don't want any contact from residents. Pools closed most of summer by the city code enforcement.

This place sucks. Don't recommend it at all. Raise rent 300 dollars on a studio. Went from 500 to 795.
