Kristi was absolutely AMAZING to work with! She was very understanding of my rushed time frame to find a new home. She was helpful and quick in answering any questions I had. When I went to drop off my deposit she was just as sweet in person. She really went above and beyond for us! I'm so happy with our new home and grateful for how smooth Kristi made the process for us.

Christi was very nice and super helpful while we’re tenants for 2 years renting while out house was being built. She always returned my calls and resolved any issues we may have had. She was always professional and respectful. She is a fantastic representative for First American Real Estate.

My experience with this company was terrible. I could not get anyone to call me back for days. I was checking on the availability on a property that was still showing active on several sources. After not hearing from them, I decided to apply for the property, paid the $50 fee, sent all information, my photo identification, etc....only then was I told within an hour that the property was not available. Even now, almost 48 hours later, the property is still showing as active on several sites.

Office is easy to work with. Good communication through text. Service calls were easy and quick to get over to the home.nEmployee Klaudia is super understanding and a pleasure to work with.
