I have lived here for more than 2 years now and have been very happy and impressed. The staff here is caring and helpful. Management is very professional and does everything they can to work with you to have a home not just a roof. The maintenance has been fast and impressive.

I lived here for a whole year and my entire experience WAS HORRIBLE! I wouldn’t recommend living here at all! Plenty of other affordable and nicer apartments in the HEB area, for it to be so high priced it should be a much better quality! Amenities are non existent! Manager is rude and a liar she’s horrible with communication! I’ve lived in the hood before and had a better experience! DONT PAY A DIME TO THIS PROPERTY!

Clean,quiet, friendly. Definitely plan on renewing my lease. Nice pool and Laundry facilities with lots of stores within walking distance of the complex.

Management is amazing, she really cares about everyone here. The inside of all the apartments is completely renovated and BEAUTIFUL.Anytime i need something, it's done that day or the next morning. Very quiet community. Lived here for over a year and have never had any issues, naturally i renewed!

Love it here. Small and quiet community and the manager is quick to respond to any issues or concerns. I did have a few maintenance issues in my apartment but they were handled immediately. Arina is amazing and really makes you feel important and you can tell that she cares about her residents and property. I’ve been here for over a year now and do not plan to move anytime soon.
