I moved into these apartments about a week before Christmas and I’m very happy with my decision. I rented a small upstairs apartment that meets my needs and I especially like the kitchen with the new appliances. I had an issue with the toilet (it kept running), but management addressed this problem very quickly. In addition, they sent someone to lift the carpet so that I could run computer cables for my work-related projects. My neighbors have also been very friendly and outgoing. Overall, I’m grateful that I moved to the Amherst Apartments!

I really liked living here. Grounds were always taken care of, maintenance was pretty ok, and the other residents are super friendly. The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because the women that run the office make it pretty clear that they don't care about anyone else's time except their own. My wife and I recently moved out and had to pay our final amount. It was around $80 bucks, no big deal right? WRONG. We went there at various times and they would always be gone. One Saturday we decided to get there as they open, at 10. Lo and behold they weren't there. Had to wait almost 30 minutes until one of them, that lived on the 3rd floor, maybe 1000 total feet from the office finally decided to show up. Put someone else in the office and it'll be a 5 star place ud83eudd37‍♂ufe0f

I toured Amherst this past weekend and was very impressed by grounds and staff. The Manager, Alyssa was very nice, thorough and knowledgeable of area. Those qualities are invaluable for someone who will be new to area. I'll definitely be leasing in the summer!

Best apartments in the Bedford hands down. Very safe location. The management and maintenance staff is great and very professional. They really care about their residents. Plenty of their residents have been living there for a very long time. They will hold your packages to make sure they are in a safe location from theft. Maintenance keeps up with the property. I can’t say enough how satisfied I am.

I've lived here for a year and a few months and it's been okay. Office staff doesn't really communicate very well but the maintenance team more than makes up for that.nnThe grounds are relatively clean. Work orders are taken care of quickly. Maintenance is super friendly and they take what you have to say into consideration.nnThe one thing I do not like about my apartment is the kitchen. It looks big but it really isn't! The cabinets are super deceiving - they looks like you'll have tons of space but you won't. You will definitely have to get creative with storage.
