Fernando and his co workers have always been polite, professional and go above and beyond for repairs/maintenance. We appreciate their kindness and respect as well. We’ve been in our rental since before the switch to green light and it’s been a great experience with green light property management from day 1. They are timely in response, repairs/maintenance, and the contractors they’ve had come out have been wonderful and professional each time.
