Me and my boyfriend were so excited to live here but that was short lived. We signed out lease September 18. Due to COVID we weren’t able to tour the complex. But Vanessa sent me pictures of one that was similar to it. Fell in love with it of course. Saturday September 19, we finally move in once we get here what happened? First we were racially profiled and had the cops called on us for just trying to MOVE our belongings. Then when we get in the apartment a bunch of things are already broken the restroom mirror looks like it was never changed out due to all the build up at the bottom. All of the ceiling fans wobble a lot the freaking patios are pretty much just separated by a small waist high gate. The railing for the upstairs townhome were in is pretty much almost broken, the cabinet in the restroom is already broken, so much more. I wish I never signed the lease!!

Me and my husband moved in 2 weeks ago and what seemed like a total nightmare of a move in day was actually handled so well and timely by the maintenance team and management. Our AC didn’t work and some of our appliances weren’t working due to an issue with wires being burnt which required an electrician that was there immediately. Ever since day one, this complex has been extremely accommodating and kind to us. The neighbors we’ve met so far have all been so nice and conversational. The valet trash service is awesome. It’s an extremely dog friendly complex! My only wish is that the laundry card would be easier to obtain and upload money to, that department is lacking in accessibility and easy user experience.

I've lived here for 6 years. We've had 3 managers and, by far, Kimbra is the best. Residents may not realize that a company owns the Arbors and the property manager mostly does what they want. The rent is pretty much in line with others; however, the added-on fees, which are not optional, bring it a bit higher than others. The property is well maintained. This maintenance staff is the best yet. As for the dogs, there are many with owners who don't clean up after them. That is not the fault of management. It is quiet here. I think it's a nice place to live.

Wish i could rate this place 0 stars! We have recently moved here about 4 months ago and i can tell you it was a horrible mistake. My place has flooded twice now, once in the bathroom and the other in my kitchen. According to the other reviews this has become a common thing so renters beware. When i called the emergency number and complained to the front office it took them 12 hours to get back with me to finally tell me that it would be another 24 hours before they could get here. So until then we rented a hotel for a few nights, because the sewage smell was just too much. I then demanded the complex to compensate us for having to stay out of the apartment and pro-rate our Utilities+Rent i got a small laugh on the phone with a sorry we wont do that. Multiple items have been stolen off our balcony to include plants and my children's bicycles. Also, there has been multiple cars that have been broken into within the complex so if you value your things stay away. There is just too much to list on here for one review, so a fair warning to all interested in this place (DO NOT RENT HERE)!!!!! (Also i keep adding pictures, but for some reason they wont post)

Even though I waited an hr And some after my scheduled appointment time to tour these apartments. I enjoyed them, they’re very nice and modern. Clean complex with a lot of nice amenities. Definitely considering living here :). If it wasn’t for the long wait would’ve given 5 stars.
