LOVED living here!!! The people at the office, Belinda, Brad, and I forgot another employee there, but they were all AMAZING. They will help you with whatever they can to get where you need to be. Never had any problems, maybe 1 or 2 but those were easy fix because the maintenance would always get there quick. I heard about this place a decade ago, moved there a few years ago, best decision I've ever made. They know how to take care of their residence. I recommended a friend here and he's now a resident. I've had several friends came over and they love it. You will not be disappointed, and everything there is upgraded inside and out!

Edit: not worth it too many fees. I got partially denied had to go through this 3rd party place which charges you 35 for application and the people at the office make it sound like it’s doable fee they wanted to charge 1280 fee (basically the rent) none refundable on top of the deposit and pro rated rent. I don’t know about anybody else but I don’t have that type of money.nnIf you have good credit than this is the place for you but if anyone has anything on your credit this isn’t a second chance place don’t waste your time. If you owe any debt don’t apply here. The place is decent not worth the fees though and the hit to your credit.

Great place to live for the price. The apartments are nicely updated and good location. These other reviews about the water situation are ridiculous. Really can't blame management for a once in a lifetime winter storm. I have no complaints!

It's a nice location. It's nice people who live there. Management is not good at all. This is not a place that I recommend you live for more than a year. They tried to renovate my apartment while living with a 3 month old. And tried to bully us into renovation without give us an alternate place to stay. After moving they have found a way to charge us without letting us know a way to pay.... then sent it to collections. One thing I would say is they need to be more personal in communication. And treat people with more respect.

From the moment I walked into the office, Jada and all staff are fantastic! Resident service staff have been wonderful! Renovation crew are all very nice. Maintenance has been great. I do have a plumbing issue with my bath tub, however, they are trying to fix that. I've been here for only a month and I'm very pleased! It's a quiet well kept community! I highly recommend!
