I just purchased my first home with Greg at Red Door Residential, and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Greg helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted, and he made sure we stayed focused on those “must-haves” throughout my search. Once I found the house I wanted, I was a little nervous about how the process would go since it was my first time buying, but Greg walked me through all of it. Greg helped me negotiate a really great deal and made sure my financing was all in order so we could close on time. Greg was in touch with updates throughout the whole process so I never had to wonder what was going on. If you are needing a Real Estate Agent to buy or sell your home John and his entire staff are the ones to chose! John is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the Real Estate industry. He’s always on your side and happens to be kind, caring and a very nice man and honest above all things. Assistant Nikita deserves a hand for putting up with me along with John also during a difficult time helping me sell the Estate of my Parents. So it was a long distant transaction that was difficult at times. Things didn’t always go as planned and John would make sure everything was taken care of that includes sweeping the house before showings when I couldn’t. :-) Took some time and a lot work but It sold quicker than I had anticipated.
