Want to give a HUGE shout out to Ryan Morris and The Morris Team for helping us find our new home! Ryan and I have been looking for a home that met our family’s needs for what seems like forever! After a few years of looking off and on, we were able to get to the finish line today! Although Ryan and I have become good friends over our many transactions, he treated me just like a new customer.nnNow, you may be thinking, “Why is that a good thing?” Well, to be honest, there is a comfort that presents itself when dealing with friends. Believe it or not, I personally think it dampens the level of service given. Not intentionally, but the level of wanting to please is not equal. Although I am experienced in the mortgage industry, I still had questions, and Ryan held our hand the entire way.nI can’t recommend him enough!nnThank you, Ryan!

As a first time home buyer, Sydney and Ryan made this so easy! They’re kind, very communicative, and helpful. With loads of questions, they were available 7 days a week through my whole process. If I ever decide to go through this again, I’ll definitely be coming back to them! Thank you both so much for making this a great time in my life!

First off, I really hope I don't get smacked for waiting so long to do this ud83dude05. It's taken me about.... A year to write this.... But in the best way possible. I could not be where I am today if it wasn't for Ryan. First home buying is already stressful, but Ryan took the cake in going above an beyond for us. Here's what we went through... Started with a company (that rhymes with pocket porridge...) Kind of experienced sketchy things with said company, was DROPPED from said company due to their OWN sketchiness (in the midst of finalizing everything for our dream home), and Ryan was able to find someone to close in less than 2 weeks. All that was AFTER we found our house. Before that, if we wanted to see something that came on the market, he'd be sure to be available that night to go and show. If we had questions about a house we were on the fence on, he'd tell it like it is and not sugar coat anything. He took the time to explain the home buying process each and every step of the way and I'm so thankful. We are in our first house and loving every bit of it. Thanks Ryan and team, for everything you've done for us!

Ryan Morris has provided us with exceptional service! My husband and I have only bought one house in 35 years. Ryan helped us to locate and purchase our home in the country and is now helping us to sell the home we have lived in for 35+ years. We have had many questions and requests. Ryan has always been prompt and professional in fulfilling these without making you feel that you are in any way inconveniencing him. He has provided us with resources that were accurate for our needs and when these involved people-the people were also professional and helpful! Ryan has been easy to communicate with and given us what we feel to be straight forward advice. He knows what he is doing ! We would not hesitate to recommend him and strongly advise others to seek him out for your realtor needs-you will not be disappointed! Five stars ++++

As a first time home buyer, Ryan was great to work with. He was very prompt to reply to anything, very attentive to my needs/wants, and had a great attitude through the whole thing. If you're considering an agent, shoot him an email and see what I and the rest of these reviewers are talking about!
