The Grove at Waco Apartments is a very nice place to stay, especially for students. Its very affordable and has all the amenities you would ever need. Its pet friendly, with an animal park and multiple pet waste stations around the complex. Each apartment comes fully furnished including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, and a fridge. All rooms are built as if they are a master suite with their own bathroom and walk in closet. The common area comes with a matching couch and chair, a coffee table, and a dining table with four chairs. Each room is furnished with a bed, nightstand, desk, chair, and dresser. There is free wifi and cable, parking is plentiful, the staff are friendly. If you are a student looking for an affordable place to stay while earning your degree, The Grove is a perfect choice.

Management is super nice, and it’s really inexpensive. The maintenance team was rude, and almost hit my dog with the golf cart is the only reason i didn’t rate 5 stars

Love this community and the staff. They have helped me with the leasing process and I can't wait to move in!

The grove in waco can be sketchy at times from loud cars and trucks with subs or exhaust pipes. I think that the maintenance crew should be taught on how to fix things or the grove should hire the right people for the right job
